Purple iPhone 12, just a bite before iPhone 13

As we all linger with the new purple iPhone 12 released during Apple's Springloaded Event on April, many of us are curious about the iPhone 13, which we expect to see September 2021. I've collected all of the rumors around iPhone 13, including camera system, price levels, size and screen specs.

Price

Though iPhone 13 will have first in iPhone line to have the 5g support, I still think iPhone 13 will cost around the same as the iPhone 12 which have a price tag of 799 USD for the base version, considering the competitors' (Samsung, Google etc). rumored price discounts for their new models.

Refresh Rate Enchanment

We all wait for a 120 hz resolution on iPhones, seeing all pretty screens on Galaxy S21 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The higher the refresh rate, the smoother scrolling on the phone feels.

There are strong speculations that, at least pro models of iPhone 13 will have a 120 hz refresh rate screen.

Models

Just like iPhone 12, it is rumored that iPhone 13 will be released in four models, which differ in both screen size and specs, though I an spectical about the mini model, which have a very disappointing sales figure. So we definitely will see the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and maybe iPhone 13 mini.

Camera Specs

The iPhone 12 camera array includes regular, selfie, ultrawide, night mode on all cameras, and improved HDR mode. The pro models have a telephoto lens and 2.5x zoom in addition.

As always, we can expect the camera system in iPhone 13 will be more advanced than previous models. Rumor has it there will be an improved ultrawide camera, lidar sensor on all models and a periscope camera

Touch id

We all wait for touch id be back to iPhone series, which has disappeared and last seen on iPhone 8. But the real thing that the touch id could be embedded under screen, as on nearly all of the rivals.

Another chance that we may see touch id integrated on power button, just like the iPad Air 2020.

Charging Port

It has been rumored for some time that the new iPhone 13 will have no port to charge, as Apple introduces MagSafe charging. Apple insider Kuo predicts that the iPhone 13 models will still include charge ports, except the pro max.
